Munnar with Kolukkumalai

DAY 1 – GOA TO ERNAKULAM

• Depart from Goa between 3:30 PM.
• Board the train from Madgaon Junction to Ernakulam Junction.
• Enjoy an overnight train journey to Kerala.
• Overnight: Train Journey

DAY 2 – ERNAKULAM TO MUNNAR | SIGHTSEEING

• Arrive at Ernakulam Junction at approximately 7:30 AM.
• Transfer to Munnar by AC Tempo Traveller.
• En route, visit the scenic Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls.
• Arrive in Munnar and check in at the hotel.
• Proceed for Munnar sightseeing: Rose Garden, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam & Macofa Chocolate Factory
• Enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar's lush green landscapes.
• Overnight: Hotel in Munnar

DAY 3 – MUNNAR TO SURYANELLI | TEA GARDENS & CAMPING

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Suryanelli.
• En route, explore the beautiful tea plantations and visit: Lockhart Tea Factory, Gap Road Viewpoint, Scenic Tea Gardens
• Enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling tea-covered hills.
• Arrive at the campsite in Suryanelli and check in.
• Spend the evening amidst nature, enjoying a campfire and dinner under the stars
• Overnight: Campsite in Suryanelli

DAY 4 – KOLUKKUMALAI SUNRISE JEEP SAFARI | KOCHI

• Begin the day at 4:00 AM with an adventurous Jeep safari to Kolukkumalai Sunrise Viewpoint, one of the most scenic locations to witness the sunrise.
• Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the majestic Western Ghats.
• Return to the campsite for breakfast.
• Check out and proceed towards Kochi.
• If time permits, explore: Kochi Market, Marine Drive & Lulu Mall
• Proceed to Ernakulam Junction and board the return train to Madgaon Junction
• Overnight: Train Journey

IMPORTANT NOTE: Day 4 sightseeing in Kochi will depend on the train departure schedule and travel time from Suryanelli. Kolukkumalai jeep safari is subject to weather and local operating conditions.

DAY 5 – ARRIVAL IN GOA

• Arrive at Madgaon Junction, Goa.
• Conclude the tour with unforgettable memories of Kerala's scenic landscapes, tea plantations, waterfalls and mountain adventures.

• Accommodation triple/quad sharing as per group allocation.
  (1 Night in Munnar, 1 Night at Campsite in Suryanelli)
• Breakfast and Dinner at the Campsite.
• Transportation by AC Tempo Traveller for the entire tour.
• All sightseeing and transfers as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Jeep safari to Kolukkumalai sunrise viewpoint.
• Driver allowances, fuel, toll taxes and parking charges.
• Goan tour coordinator throughout the trip.

• Lunches and Dinner other than those specifically included.
• Entry fees to sightseeing.
• Any additional sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
• Expenses arising due to weather, roadblocks, landslides, natural calamities, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Personal expenses, medicines and personal insurance.
• Any increase in government taxes, fuel prices or transportation charges after booking.
• Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions.”

• Booking & Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking or as per the payment schedule provided. Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.
• Travel Insurance: The Globetrotter Trails does not provide travel insurance. Participants are advised to arrange their own coverage.
• Identification: All participants must carry a valid govt-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, etc)
• Responsibility & Liability: The Globetrotter Trails is not liable for delays or changes in the itinerary due to train issues, weather conditions (including snowfall or road blockages), natural calamities, or client delays. In case of heavy snowfall or road closures, alternate arrangements will be made if possible. No refunds will be given for missed activities. Any extra expenses due to such changes must be borne by the participants.
• Itinerary Flexibility: The itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions, safety, and time constraints. Final decisions will be taken by the tour leader.
• Conduct & Behavior: Participants must maintain discipline. Misconduct or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the group without any refund.
• Accommodation: Rooms will be on triple/quad sharing basis (unless upgraded). Early check in/late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.
• Adventure Activities: Activities are optional and at your own cost and risk.
• Luggage & Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Globetrotter Trails is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Medical Conditions: Any existing medical issues must be informed in advance. Participants should carry their personal medication.
